Mattia Pasini is one of the most iconic and talented riders in Romagna motorcycling. After his successes in minibikes, he established himself in the 125 and 250 classes as an extremely fast and daring rider, giving fans memorable duels, such as the one at Mugello in 2009, won against his friend Marco Simoncelli (one of the most searched races on the web). Also at Mugello, he achieved another epic victory with the Italtrans team, also among those that made motorcycle racing history. Mattia has collected 11 victories and 29 podiums in total during his career.
Today, in addition to a few sporadic and highly applauded appearances on track as a wildcard, he puts his enormous expertise and innate passion for motorsports at the service of enthusiasts as a television technical commentator for the Motorcycle World Championship. A role, the latter, much loved by the Italian public. On the entrepreneurial side, he is a co-founder of RES-tech: after all, who better than a rider can understand the fidelity of a simulator?

Simone Badioli is an Italian manager and entrepreneur, a leading figure in the economic landscape of Romagna and in the international fashion and luxury market.
Born in Cattolica, he has linked his professional career to the growth and success of the Aeffe Group, a prêt-à-porter giant founded by the Ferretti family that controls prestigious global brands such as Alberta Ferretti, Moschino, Pollini and Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini. Alongside his activity in the fashion sector, Badioli stands out for a deep commitment to the socio-economic and educational development of the province of Rimini. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Uni.Rimini S.p.A., the consortium company created to support and establish the Rimini University Campus of Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna. In this role, he actively promotes synergy between the academic world and local businesses, with a particular focus on projects linked to the “Fashion Roundtable”. His contribution to the entrepreneurial fabric is also reflected in his association roles: he currently holds the position of Vice President of Confindustria Romagna, after having worked for a long time within Confindustria Rimini. Alongside his presence in fashion and institutions, he also has various interests and executive positions in the real estate sector and in other strategic organizations in the region. Today he is also a co-founder of RES-tech.

Always involved in high-precision work for the goldsmithing arts and 3D CAD design, two different fields that share an obsessive attention to detail, he has marked his journey in motorsport through extraordinary encounters. At the Cagiva Research Center (C.R.C.), he learned the secrets of vehicle creation under the guidance of legendary designer Massimo Tamburini (creator of the Ducati 916 and MV Agusta F4), with whom he later worked for four years on the project of the famous T12.
He also collaborated with Aldo Drudi on concepts such as Burasca, the Anvera maxi RIB and Thok e-bikes. The experience gained over the years led him to co-found RES-tech, where he focuses on the design and engineering of simulator structures, in which feel, ergonomics and fidelity to the real experience are the signature of the brand.
